Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Agricultural Workers to join our team in Romania. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various agricultural tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all farming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, watering, and fertilizing crops as directed.
Harvest crops and ensure proper sorting and packing for transport.
Operate basic agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and pest control to maintain crop health.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining farm tools and equipment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in agricultural work or farming is preferred but not required.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of farming practices and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in Romanian; English is a plus.
